These terms apply when you use EMC Terminal at emcterminal.com, operated by Elhassan Market Clarity ("EMC", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Not investment advice

EMC Terminal provides market data, rankings, screening results, chart levels and AI-generated commentary for research and education. EMC is not licensed under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 (CMSA) to provide investment advice, fund management or dealing services, and is not affiliated with Bursa Malaysia, NASDAQ, NYSE or any stock exchange. Nothing in the service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and we are not licensed investment advisers. Backtest and historical figures are hypothetical, may not account for costs or every risk, and do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions and should consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.

2. Shariah screening

Stocks are marked halal using the sources and rules described on our site, including an independent Shariah screener's verdicts and our own debt ratio check (total debt to 36-month average market capitalisation, 33% limit), plus exclusions we decide manually. Company finances and scholarly opinions change, and data providers can be wrong or late. Screening results are provided in good faith for guidance; please verify anything material before you invest.

3. Data accuracy

Prices, fundamentals, earnings dates and news come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or outages. We do not guarantee that any data is accurate, complete or timely.

4. Your account

An account is for one person. Do not share your login or resell access.
Keep your password secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute the terminal's data, scores, or content, or use automated tools against the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Trial, plans and billing

New members get a 7-day Pro trial without a payment card. After the trial, the account moves to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Paid plans (monthly or annual) are paid through Stripe, our payment processor, by card (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link charge your card). They are billed in advance and the Stripe subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid.
Fees already paid are not refundable, except where Malaysian law requires otherwise.
We may change prices for future periods. Members on an existing paid plan are told before any change applies to them.

6. Intellectual property

EMC Terminal, NIX AI, EMC Score and the related names, designs, software and content belong to EMC. You may use them only through the service for your own research.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EMC is not liable for any trading or investment loss, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced by email or in the terminal. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
