Ringkasan (BM): Kami kumpul maklumat yang perlu untuk akaun anda (nama, emel, log masuk Google), cara anda guna terminal, dan rekod langganan. Kami tidak simpan nombor kad anda: langganan dibayar melalui Stripe menggunakan kad (Apple Pay, Google Pay dan Link mencaj kad anda). Soalan yang anda taip kepada NIX AI dihantar kepada pembekal AI kami untuk dijawab. Kami tidak jual data anda. Anda boleh minta salinan, pembetulan atau pemadaman data pada bila-bila masa melalui support@emcterminal.com.

This policy explains how Elhassan Market Clarity ("EMC", "we") handles personal data when you use EMC Terminal at emcterminal.com, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
Subscription records: your plan, trial and renewal dates, and the payment reference from Stripe, our payment processor (you pay by card; Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link charge your card). We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: which parts of the terminal you open and for how long, your watchlists, alerts and trade journal entries, and your display preferences.
Messages to NIX AI and support: questions you type to NIX AI, support tickets, bug reports (including any screenshot you attach) and feedback.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, used for security, rate limiting and fixing errors.
Notifications: if you turn on push alerts or link Telegram, the address needed to deliver them.

2. Why we use it

To create and run your account, start your trial and manage your subscription.
To provide the terminal's features: watchlists, alerts, journal, NIX AI answers.
To send service emails (account, trial, billing, security). We may also send product updates and offers; tell us at support@emcterminal.com and we will stop.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
To understand which features are used, so we can improve them.

3. Who processes it for us

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that run parts of EMC Terminal for us:

Google	Sign in with Google (only if you choose it)
AI model provider	Generating NIX AI answers from the questions you type
Email and Telegram	Delivering service emails and alerts you turned on

Some providers store data outside Malaysia. We use providers that protect data to a standard comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores display preferences (theme, language, chart settings) on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records for tax).

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent and have your account deleted. Email support@emcterminal.com from the address on your account. We reply within 21 days.

7. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and access to our database is restricted. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced by email or in the terminal.
